April Faires are Over!

Thanks to all of you who were able to visit us this past month, I totally appreciated it and enjoyed the company.

I was a little scared during cherry blossom b/c I was kind of in the corner and behind all these huge white tented booths, but in the end we did fairly well. I'm hoping to create at least a couple more shirts by august, when we do Nihonmachi. We are also trying to expand to baby wear, so if you know anyone with babes and toddlers, check out our site in the near future to see what we have to offer.

Cherry Blossom Festival, April 23-24

oops! It looks like I won't be doing the Oakland Chinatown Lunar New Year Bazaar, due to some conflicts. so, hopefully I'll see some of you at the J-town fairs.

hmm, what should I talk about now? currently, I am a web designer for EMC, this HUGE, corporate content management and storage company. I mainly do updates, graphics, and mini-sites. GreenT is really just something for fun. You know how you say you want to do something, but keep putting it off? This was one of those projects I wanted to do and finally followed through with, and I'm really glad I did. it's hard to motivate yourself when being lazy is such a nice alternative.

I enjoy illustrating and doing my own projects, so this was a really good way for me to be creative and also learn how to run a business. I'm not too business savvy, it's not my forte, but I am learning a lot. We'll see where this takes me, it's been a rewarding experience so far.
